The „MOTIVE“ project is nearing its end. As a consequence of the state of emergency imposed by Covid-19, the learning process has been adapted to an online form of learning. Sudden change and imposed challenges make it difficult for teachers. The project partners have developed tools that help teachers overcome these challenges.
A local webinar will be held on April 25, where techniques and methods for working in an online environment, as well as techniques for dealing with burnout, will be shared.

The project focuses on teachers and their difficulties in their work process. The course is financed under the Erasmus+ program and the following organizations participate in it: Human Resources Development Agency – Rousse, La Guajira – Spain, Magnetar Ltd – Cyprus, APOPSI – Greece, Simenntun – Iceland.
